ME
Fred Parker Jr. grew up in San Antonio, TX where he began acting in the schools of the Northside Indpendent School District. He received a B.A. in Theatre & Dance with an Acting concentration from The University of Texas at Austin. He has also trained studied with Warner Loughlin Studios and Upright Citizens Brigade.
